Dustin was very responsive on my questions from the day the estimate was done. Crew worked hard & they were very polite & took care of cleaning all the debris, it's like they were never here. Price was very reasonable & estimate took less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend them to install your roof. This is now my second review.First they did my roof outstanding job and second. They put in four brand new windows and had to redo the outside of the windows. Donnie is like family he treats you with honesty and respect and let you know what is best for your project. Michael And JD crewing came out and did a phenomenal job! I called to schedule for them to come out to give me an estimate. Michael did that ! my roof needed attention and they came out the very next day from start to finish and did my roof. The whole crew was a very good crew. Michael was there and helped out a lot and made sure everything got done right! JD was one of the roofers and he was very nice kind and I had a stove delivered and me and my husband was trying to pick it up and take it up the steps. JD stopped doing my roof came down and help me carry it up the steps I thought that was very nice of him looking out for the old lady laugh out loud. I would definitely hire them to do another job again. I’ve had a lot of bad experience in the past and this company went far and beyond my expectations. If I have other work, they will be first on my list, they also gave me a piece of mine of having a lifetime warranty on my roof as long as it’s not wind damage which is understanding. Thank you so much Mike crew five star rating they did a good cleanup and came back the next day and finished any nails or anything going around that need cleaned up because it was dark when they left and couldn’t see I would recommend friends, family and social media. You guys are outstanding. update a year later I was promised a lifetime warranty on my roof before I purchased it labor as well now that I have a problem I can’t get this company to come out to fix it. I have text Dustin countless times and he just will not come out and fix it on his contract states lifetime warranty and he’s not holding up to that because he’s not yet came out to even look at it. I’ve left several Texts called. And I even asked him before I had them do my roof and Dustin said yes it’s a lifetime warranty. Why can’t you come out and fix my roof I have one leak an vent it would not cost much to fix for them. It is covered. His reply was cover up the vent and see what happens that is not the way to solve things. The other vent doesn’t leak and it’s the same exact vent. They’re giving me a hard time because they’re not responding. I hated to do this, but I will be heard. I bought a roof from them. I expect the warranty to be covered behind it for a peace of mind. That is the only reason why I went with these people plus they had a lot of good reviews until I got my roof done then I started seeing a lot of negative reviews. You should not put on your contract that it’s a lifetime warranty. If it’s not, I will post this everywhere Better Business Bureau you name it now. I have to worry if I do have problems with my roof. This company won’t come out. There are laws out there and I’m looking into it. If your company doesn’t get back with me soon, you should not have that on your contract or even tell your customer so they’ll buy a roof from you if you’re not gonna hold up on your warranty that’s false advertisement so whoever is reading is you might wanna go elsewhere stay away from this companyPosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. He gave me a very fair price and 3 days after I signed the contract his very professional crew was there and had my roof replaced in one day. They cleaned up afterwards without leaving a trace of any debris.
