Penn Ohio Roofing and Siding Group LLC operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include service-related messages — inquiry acknowledgments, inspection scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival notifications, project status updates, follow-up on open estimates, and replies to your questions — and, where separately consented, promotional messages about seasonal offers and maintenance services.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

How to opt in

Opt in by affirmatively selecting the unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a form on this website, or by verbally requesting text follow-up when you call our office. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service. We do not use purchased, rented, or imported phone number lists.

Message frequency varies based on your project and your preferences.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Penn Ohio Roofing and Siding Group LLC does not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again through a form on this site or by contacting our office.

4. Inspections, Storm Damage, and Insurance Claims

Roof inspections and damage assessments are visual evaluations. They are not a warranty or guarantee of the condition of the roof, structure, or any building component.
Penn Ohio Roofing and Siding Group LLC is a contractor. We are not a public adjuster, insurance agent, or insurance broker. Nothing on this website and nothing communicated by our staff constitutes advice regarding an insurance claim, coverage, or settlement.
Decisions regarding coverage, scope, and payment are made solely by your insurance carrier. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or that any amount will be paid.
You are responsible for your own communications with your insurer and for payment of your deductible.
Emergency tarping and temporary repairs are a temporary protective measure and are not a permanent repair.

5. Emergency Situations

If there is an active structural collapse, a downed power line, a ceiling actively sagging, water entering near electrical systems, or any other immediate safety hazard, leave the area and call 911 and your utility company. Do not use this website, email, or text messaging to report an emergency.
